How we use it: We love rolling it on the neck (near the vagus nerve), underneath our collar bones, and behind our ears, all the while gently massaging the area applied for a multi-sensory experience. 

Directions: Roll on pulse points (wrists, neck, and behind your ears) and then take a deep breath. Repeat throughout the day as needed.
