Stock your pantry with one of the most potent antioxidants on the planet! The chaga mushroom grows on birch trees and has been used medicinally for thousands of years.
Why we love it:
How we use it: We love using chaga for its medicinal properties and it's versatility! We often use it as a base for broths, in our adaptogenic ciders + mulled wine, and of course, in our coffee!
Directions: Put 1-2 tablespoons of chaga pieces and fresh water in your tea kettle or medium pot and bring to a boil. For a stronger potency, simmer the chaga for 10-15 minutes in a pot. Use for tea, coffee, or soup stock! We like to re-boil the chaga pieces in fresh water 3-5 times before discarding.
